Geo-Tagged Farm Visits
Each farm visit is logged with a GPS stamp, timestamp, and the officer's identity — creating a verifiable audit trail of field activities that cannot be fabricated in the office.
Farmer Verification
Officers can verify a farmer's identity against their registered profile — comparing captured photos and ID document scans with the records in the customer registry.
Loan Application Submission
Officers complete and submit loan applications from the field using the configured Forms Builder forms — including photo capture of supporting documents and GPS location of the farm.
Input Delivery Logging
Record the delivery of physical inputs to a farmer — type, quantity, and GPS location — linked directly to the farmer's loan record and input entitlement in the platform.
NDVI Crop Observation
Officers can supplement satellite NDVI data with ground-truth crop condition observations — recording crop growth stage, pest observations, and expected yield estimates from the field.
Task Management
Officers receive a daily task list from their supervisor — farms to visit, loan applications to collect, deliveries to confirm. Completed tasks are marked off in real time.
Photo & Document Capture
Capture geo-tagged photos of farm plots, crop conditions, and identity documents directly within the app — stored against the relevant record without manual file transfer.
