Input Voucher Distribution is the agriculture-specific implementation of YoApp's voucher system, purpose-built for input programme management. Rather than distributing physical voucher booklets or cash — both of which carry diversion risk — programme managers issue digital entitlements directly to registered farmers' mobile numbers. Farmers redeem at any authorised agro-dealer in the network, and every redemption is logged with dealer, location, timestamp, and item detail.

Approved Agro-Dealer Network
Vouchers can only be redeemed at registered agro-dealers who have been onboarded to the programme network — unauthorised attempts are blocked at the point of transaction.
SMS Voucher Delivery
Each farmer's voucher code is delivered to their mobile number by SMS the moment it is issued — no physical voucher booklet to print, deliver, or lose.
Item-Level Redemption Tracking
Redemptions are logged at the individual input item level — not just the total voucher value — giving programme managers precise visibility of what was redeemed and when.
GPS Redemption Location
The GPS coordinates of the agro-dealer outlet are captured on every redemption — confirming that the input was obtained at an authorised physical location.
Partial Redemption
Farmers can redeem their entitlement in multiple visits — collecting seed first, fertiliser later. The system tracks the cumulative redemption and prevents over-redemption.
Expiry Enforcement
Entitlements expire on the date you configure. Expired vouchers are automatically invalidated at the redemption point — preventing late-season redemptions outside the intended planting window.
Agro-Dealer Settlement
Track the value of inputs redeemed through each agro-dealer and generate settlement payment instructions automatically at the end of each settlement period.
