Since 2017, YoApp has been the core of Gain’s voucher management solution as well as their loyalty program and since then, they have engaged their customers in an intriguing manner. Well, they kicked off the whole program as loyalty management only and then later expanded to voucher management, doing real-time voucher payments at the till point.
For them, YoApp has been quite an experience. They have managed to invite and also engage their customers via YoApp’s CRM structure i.e. through Bulk SMSs and real-time SMS notifications. Up to this day, they have implemented all of our 3 voucher management schemes and they are loving almost every update for the voucher management solution.
